  • What does Alltecnic offer?

    We offer products from over 2500 companies in Germany, the EU, USA, Japan and China. Benefit from our already existing clientele and make use of the extensive services of ALLTECNIC.

  • Why is our service profitable for you and your company?

    On the international market products of different brands, quality characteristics, and countries of origin compete with each other. We provide you with detailed information on the properties of the product suppliers and / or manufacturers concerning quality, durability, price, warranty, and brand reliability.


    Dealing with international customers takes tame and money. In addition to that difficulties due to time difference, language, telephone calls, correspondence with customs, constant information on status of production or shipment may occur.

    We handle all that for you; from the ordering, purchasing and producing process to shipping.


  • What can I buy and what not?

    Our scope of delivery does not include:

    Products linked to violence such as weapons and war toys

    Chemical and other products in which prohibitions or special approval requirements are applied according to BAFA (Federal Office for Economics and Export Control of Germany)


    We are not allowed to supply to countries that are subject to embargo.

  • How can I make an inquiry or place an order?

    Please send us an email or a message via WhatsApp containing brand name, serial number, engine number or license plate (esp. for machines) of the desired product. Do you want old spare parts rebuilt? No problem, all we need is the construction plan. In the case of consumables (esp. chemical substances) we need additional information on the chemical formula.

  • Which payment options does ALLTECNIC offer?

    You will receive an invoice for your purchase. You pay when the product is in your hands. For big machines or spare parts the manufacturer requests a defined amount in advance.

  • How can I know if my request or order as been successful?

    As soon as we have received your request, we will send you a confirmation note. 

    You will receive formal documents or detailed information on each step of your shipment from ordering to delivery. Thus mistakes can be avoided from the start.

  • How will I receive my invoice?

    The invoice will be enclosed with the merchandise. We will also send you one by email.

  • Our working hours

    We are at your disposal 24 hours a day, Monday through Sunday and on holidays.

  • Delivery and shipping costs

    We send the goods to your desired address. You choose the Incoterm conditions.

  • Who can buy products from ALLTECNIC?

    ALLTECNIC only supplies and advises companies with a sales tax identification number.
